Hello! I am Courtney. I have been a Christ follower since 1993, at the age of 18. I have been married to my sweetheart, my biggest fan, since 1994. We have 3 sons that we adore, and I work full time. We have been through many ups & downs (just like everyone) in our lives together, and I really felt a tug on my heart to share what God has taught me through these experiences, as well as what He continues to teach me. He has grown me in ways I never thought I could grow… but it hasn’t been easy. It is not how I planned, but it is not a surprise to God. I have come to realize that God’s plans for me are so much bigger & better than my little imagination could dream up. The journey may not look “ideal”, but it is rich & sweet.

Now – I am not a gifted writer who can express myself with eloquence and precision. A lot of what I am trying to say may not make beautiful sense, but it’s my heart… my raw emotion, and it’s transparent. I have absolutely no training. I don’t know all the ins & outs of blogging. I have no understanding of what it takes to draw in large volumes of followers. My desire is not to become a famous and world renown blogger. My one desire is to help people. If I can help even one person by sharing what I have learned in the past, or through my daily life lessons, I will have accomplished my goal. I have no idea how often I will post, but I will be ready when the Lord lays something on my heart. I am willing.
